【摘要】 目的 初步探讨应用明胶海绵微粒(GSMs)行TACE治疗大肝癌术后外周血中调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)变化及意义。方法 应用流式细胞技术检测健康组和大肝癌患者GSMs- TACE术前与术后第10天、第22天外周血Treg细胞的含量。结果 选择健康人7名,符合入组标准的肝癌患者共计15例。外周血中Treg细胞含量:健康对照组为(8.64±1.94)%;肝癌患者术前为(11.52±3.78)%,术后第10天为(9.07±1.94)%,与术前相比显著下降(P=0.039),术后第22天为(9.96±1.48)%,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论 GSMs- TACE治疗大肝癌能够显著降低外周血Treg细胞的含量,表明该方法对机体免疫功能有正向调节作用。
