【摘要】 目的 分析兔肺肿瘤微波消融(MWA)灶红外热成像- MR- CT- 病理表现及相关性。方法 对10只兔肺VX2孤立肿瘤行CT导引下MWA。观察术前、术后CT/MR及术中红外热成像表现。检测术后CT上瘤灶最大径、T1- Vibe高信号瘤灶最大径、病理上肺组织凝固坏死区最大径、CT上磨玻璃影最大径、TSE- T2WI- FS高信号最大径、红外热成像41℃等温区最大径、病理上热损伤区最大径,并进行对比分析。结果 MWA术后MR显示T1- Vibe序列上消融灶信号较术前增高,TSE- T2WI- FS上消融灶信号减低,外周可见斑片状高信号覆盖; T1- Vibe高信号瘤灶最大径与病理上肺组织凝固坏死区最大径比较,红外热成像41℃等温区最大径与病理上热损伤区最大径比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 多模态成像有助于评估肺肿瘤MWA疗效和监测消融范围。
