摘要:
【摘要】 急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)发病率逐年上升,若治疗不及时可发展为栓塞后综合征(PTS),严重降低患者生活质量。下肢血栓脱落可引发致命性肺栓塞,危及患者生命。随着腔内介入治疗技术不断发展,介入治疗以快速开通靶血管、保护静脉瓣功能、对血管内膜损伤较小、降低PTS发生率、降低住院费用和时间、提高生活质量等综合优势逐步被患者所接受。本文就目前急性下肢DVT主要介入治疗方法作一综述。
