摘要:
【摘要】 主动脉弓部病变常因累及弓上分支血管,腔内治疗一直极具挑战。随着近年技术和器材飞速发展,开窗支架、分支支架植入术和复合手术等均取得了满意效果。然而微创、资源和成本或定制化要求,又限制了这些技术在紧急手术中应用。烟囱腔内修复术具有创伤小、手术时间短、成功率高、无需定制等优点,已成为一项重要选择,广泛应用于多种主动脉疾病,如动脉瘤、夹层、主动脉溃疡和主动脉外伤等。烟囱技术在可预见的一段时期内仍将发挥重要作用,但也面临术后内漏、支架通畅性等问题。需要远期随访及大样本研究进一步评估内漏等并发症发生率,最终评估该技术远期效果。
