摘要:
【摘要】 极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症(FLLDH)系根据椎间盘造影,结合患者临床表现,首次真正意义上提出了“极外侧突出”这一概念,FLLDH属于腰椎间盘突出症中的一种特殊类型,较其他类型少见,约占全部腰椎间盘突出症的0.7%~11.7%。虽发生率相比于其他类型腰椎间盘突出症较低,但其症状较重,突出位置特殊,治疗较为复杂,主要有保守治疗、微创介入治疗及外科手术治疗等方法,现将其相应的治疗进展作一综述。
