 摘要】 目的 观察大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病(HAE)射频消融术后3、5、7 d肝脏功能变化情况,及术后7 d的病理形态学改变,探索射频消融治疗大鼠HAE的安全性及疗效。方法 取30只成功接种HAE模型大鼠,分成对照组(假手术组)10只和实验组20只,对照组仅开腹后缝合,实验组在开腹直视下行病灶完全消融,两组均分别于术前及术后3、5、7 d剪尾取血,检测天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平。第7天处死全部大鼠,取大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴组织行病理检查,将肝功能测定结果与病理改变进行综合分析。结果 射频消融术后,显微镜下大鼠肝脏消融范围内病灶组织完全坏死。术后第3天,AST、ALT明显升高,第5天逐渐恢复,第7天基本恢复至正常。术后肝功能变化与射频消融毁损区范围有关,并与消融后病理相对应。结论 短期内直视下射频消融治疗HAE技术简便易行,消融病灶液化坏死明显,可以完全消融。可能是治疗早期微小及难治性HAE的新选择。
