摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病对老年冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变患者经皮介入治疗后的影响。方法2008年1月至2011年12月采用经皮介入治疗210例年龄 ≥ 65岁的冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变患者。根据有无糖尿病病史将患者分为糖尿病组62例和非糖尿病组148例，比较两组术后1年内各种不良心脏事件（死亡、心肌梗死、再次血管重建术）的发生情况和再狭窄、再闭塞发生率。结果 非糖尿病组的生存率明显高于糖尿病组，而心肌梗死、靶病变血运重建的发生率则明显低于糖尿病组。结论 高水平糖化血红蛋白和糖尿病肾功能损害是冠状动脉慢性闭塞性病变经皮介入治疗后老年患者发生不良心脏事件的独立危险因素。
