 【摘要】 经皮左房室瓣修复是近年介入心脏病研究的新领域,由于其微创的特点已是左房室瓣修复术的首选方式。自1984年Inoue等完成首例经皮球囊左房室瓣成形术(PBMV)以来,PBMV术治疗左房室瓣狭窄在全球广泛开展,并取得了良好的短期及中远期临床效果。应用PBMV治疗左房室瓣狭窄患者时,左房室瓣瓣膜的解剖条件及年龄等都是患者良好预后的必要条件,也是选择病例时的参考因素。近年来左房室瓣关闭不全的介入治疗得到了快速发展,包括经左房室瓣边对边修补术和瓣环成形术。这些新技术仍处于初期阶段,虽初步证实其可行性,但是仍有许多问题需要进一步评估和改进。新技术的发展或许会成为高风险左房室瓣关闭不全患者的福音。
