摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 评价涤纶膜外套式室间隔缺损封堵器(ventricular septal defect occluder,VSDO)的形变能力和经鞘管输送的可行性和安全性。方法 16只市售镍钛合金VSDO随机分成实验组(n = 8)和对照组(n = 8)。实验组8只制成外套式VSDO。测量两组封堵器的直径和体外输送鞘管的最小直径及形变能力;体外鞘管内反复回收-释放,观察外套式VSDO表面磨损情况;试管内生理盐水内反复回收-释放,观察两组封堵器沉渣数量。结果 实验组封堵器的直径较常规封堵器大0.5 mm,需要最小10 F鞘管才能输送,而对照组需8 F鞘管输送。在不同形变状态下,两组封堵器拉距-拉力间差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。体外释放回收50次后,外套式VSDO表面在牵拉前后差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。生理盐水牵拉后,显微镜下观察两组封堵器间的离心液沉渣数差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。体外释放回收50次后,外套式VSDO表面在牵拉前后差异无统计学意义(P = 0.889)。结论 外套式VSDO各项物理参数与常规VSDO没有明显差别,置入鞘管的直径相对较粗;可以经导管输送,并通过介入方法对室间隔缺损模型犬进行实验性封堵。
