 【摘要】 目的 评价经肝动脉介入诊疗模拟系统在教学中的应用价值。方法 测试者在模拟系统用RH肝管完成经肝动脉插管初试后记录时间,通过模拟系统练习30次后,进行终试并记录时间,将初试及终试时间进行统计学分析,测试结束后填写调查问卷。结果 共有43位测试者参加实验,全部完成初试、插管练习和终试,均未出现错误操作,总合格率为100%。初试和终试总用时分别为(384.70 ± 200.4)s和(214.93 ± 115.4)s,两者间差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。练习后肝动脉插管操作所用时间较练习前显著缩短。分析调查问卷表明,测试者普遍认为通过经肝动脉介入诊疗教学模拟系统训练可提高技术操作水平。结论 经肝动脉介入诊疗教学模拟系统对提高初学者操作水平及熟练程度有一定应用价值。
