摘要:
近年来随着介入栓塞技术的发展,各种用于动脉瘤栓塞的新型材料也不断涌现,极大的促进了血管内介入治疗的发展。MicroVention公司最新研制的水凝胶水解式微弹簧圈(Hydrocoil),采用了独特的水解方式,进一步丰富了颅内动脉瘤的血管内介入治疗的手段。Hydrocoil在传统铂金圈上附有可膨胀、不可吸收的水凝胶物质,可提高栓塞材料占动脉瘤的体积比。目前临床上刚开始使用,现将Hydrocoil的特性、临床前的动物实验和模型研究、临床治疗颅内动脉瘤的应用情况综述如下。
