摘要:
目的对比分析多排螺旋CT血管造影(MDCTA)和DSA在迟发性脑血管痉挛(DCVS)检查中的准确性、灵敏度和安全性,探讨采用MDCTA观察DCVS的应用价值。方法17只日本大耳白兔枕大池注射自体动脉血诱发DCVS,分别在术前及术后第7天行MDCTA和DSA检查,并将数据进行对比分析。结果MDCTA检测兔基底动脉直径术前(1.55±0.14mm),术后(0.95±0.20mm),DSA检测兔基底动脉直径术前(1.61±0.19mm),术后(1.00±0.17mm),两种检测方法的测量值经统计学检验完全等效。结论MDCTA是一种可靠、快速和无创的方法,为观察兔DCVS的动态变化提供了新技术。
