摘要:
目的研究盆腔内中、小血管的造影表现，为盆腔肿瘤的诊断及介入治疗提供解剖学依据。方法观测并测量４２具成人尸体的髂内动脉各分支起源、长度、外径和血管夹角。观察４２例盆腔肿瘤患者和５０例其他疾病的盆腔正常者双侧选择性髂内动脉的血管造影表现。结果①两侧髂总动脉间夹角平均为（５８．９°±７．３°），髂内外动脉间夹角平均为（２７．６°±５．３°）；髂腰动脉多起自髂内动脉主干或其后干，分别占５０．０％和３０．２％。闭孔动脉主要起自髂内动脉，占８４．８％。②在尸体上所测盆腔内中、小血管直径较动脉造影结果小，有显著差异。结论髂内动脉各中、小分支血管的起源、开口位置和走行有许多变异。
