摘要:
目的观察气道Y形镍钛合金支架放置后气道局部病理改变，并探讨CT三维重建技术在支架放置术后评价及随访中的应用价值。方法健康成年家犬１２只，根据CT气道三维重建技术测量所得隆突部位数据研制模具，并由单支镍钛合金丝编织Y形气道支架，利用支架释放系统将支架置入家犬气道隆突部位。术后CT随访气道三维重建和纤维支气管镜检查。放置１２周后处死动物取出支架段气管行病理学检查。结果支架成功地置入动物气道隆突部位，术后１２周检查气道通畅，病理学检查支架已出现上皮化。结论①Y形镍钛合金气道支架释放便利，组织相容性好，３个月时未见气道再狭窄及排痰困难。②CT三维成像技术作为一种无创、方便的检查方法对于气道支架放置及术后随访有很好的应用价值。
