摘要:
目的研究肺癌血供来源，为肺癌介入治疗提供理论依据。方法①对２０例肺癌患者在介入治疗前分别作支气管动脉和肺动脉造影；②对３２例肺癌患者作CT平扫和同层动态CT增强扫描，分别测量平扫、肺动脉期和主动脉期CT值变化；③对２０例肺癌患者分别行支气管动脉CTA（CTBA）和经肺动脉CTA（CTPA）；④对１２例肺癌患者分别行支气管动脉和肺动脉多排螺旋CTA（MSCTBA，MSCTPA）。结果①２０例肺癌均见支气管动脉供血，未见肺动脉供血；②全部肺癌肿块，肺动脉期CT值与平扫相同，主动脉期有明显强化；③２０例CTBA全部见肿瘤血管，并全部强化，２０例CTPA未见肿瘤血管也未见强化；④１２例MSCTBA见明显血管供应肿瘤，２２例MSCTPA均未见供血血管。结论多种方法证明肺癌血供来自体循环，不来自肺循环
