摘要:
目的 探讨经导管动脉栓塞在巨大恶性嗜铬细胞瘤治疗中的作用.方法 2000年1月至2008年5月,对12例巨大恶性嗜铬细胞瘤患者进行经导管动脉栓塞治疗.回顾性分析患者的临床资料、栓塞过程、并发症和随访结果.结果 12例患者均顺利完成动脉栓塞,无严重并发症.其中6例原发瘤栓塞后成功进行手术切除,另6例术后复发或转移者栓塞后临床症状明显好转.结论 经导管动脉栓塞巨大恶性嗜铬细胞瘤安全可行,有利于手术完整切除和临床症状控制,近期效果良好.
