摘要:
目的 探讨颈静脉、股静脉双入路血管内支架联合125I粒子条植入治疗恶性肿瘤所致的髂静脉狭窄患者的安全性与临床价值。方法 纳入2018年10月至2025年1月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的继发于恶性肿瘤的髂静脉狭窄患者43例,其中髂静脉支架置入联合125I粒子条植入治疗23例作为观察组,仅接受髂静脉支架置入治疗20例作对照组。比较两组患者的一般资料、支架通畅率、生存期和预后。结果 患者手术成功率100%,术后临床症状均得到缓解,两组患者一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组支架通畅率、总生存期(OS)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 血管内支架联合125I粒子条植入治疗恶性肿瘤所致髂静脉狭窄安全、有效。
