摘要:
目的 评价CT引导椎间孔内脉冲射频联合注射地塞米松治疗慢性腰骶神经根痛的疗效。方法 纳入2021年3月至2023 年9月在海安市人民医院和扬州大学医学院海安临床学院接受诊治的慢性腰骶神经根痛173例,随机分为椎间孔内注射地塞米松组(对照组)69例和椎间孔内脉冲射频联合注射地塞米松组(实验组)74例。比较两组术前及术后4、12、24和52周的VAS疼痛评分、Roland Morris评分、ODI残疾指数评分,术后52周使用患者满意度简短评估量表(SAPS)对患者的满意度进行评估,比较两组相关的不良事件。结果 术后4、12、24、52周VAS疼痛评分、RMDQ以及ODI等评估两组临床疗效均显著优于术前,两组比较则实验组显著优于同期对照组。术后52周SAPS满意度评分实验组(24.26±1.35)显著高于对照组(21.22±0.98)(P<0.001)。两组均未发现严重并发症。结论CT引导椎间孔脉冲射频联合注射地塞米松与单独注射地塞米松均可缓解慢性腰骶神经根痛,而联合治疗疗效更高和持久。
