摘要:
目的 探讨经皮“钢筋混凝土技术”(percutaneous “reinforced concrete technique”,PRCT)治疗长骨转移瘤伴病理性骨折的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法 回顾性研究采取经皮“钢筋混凝土技术”治疗长骨转移瘤伴病理性骨折患者的临床资料,通过视觉模拟评分、卡氏评分及四肢肌骨肿瘤术后功能状态评分评价疼痛改善、功能状态改善及并发症情况。结果 21例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间(53.71±6.92)min; 疼痛视觉模拟评分由术前(8.48±0.68)分将至术后(2.57±0.68)分(P<0.001),术后卡氏评分及四肢肌骨肿瘤术后功能状态评分也较术前增加(P< 0.001)。所有患者未发生肺栓塞、下肢深静脉血栓、植入物断裂、感染等并发症。结论 PRCT治疗长骨转移瘤伴病理性骨折安全、可行,能快速缓解疼痛、改善活动能力、提高生活质量。
