摘要:
随着技术的进步,经皮物理消融已成为治疗甲状腺良恶性结节的重要微创手段。该文基于最新循证医学证据与临床实践,系统评述了射频消融、微波消融、激光消融、高强度聚焦超声、冷冻消融及不可逆电穿孔等各类物理消融技术的原理与特点; 阐述其适应证与禁忌证; 总结常见并发症的预防与处理策略; 探讨当前在性质未定结节处理、甲状腺微小乳头状癌治疗地位等方面的争议; 并展望未来技术融合、联合治疗及规范化发展等。旨在为介入医师规范、安全地开展甲状腺消融治疗提供参考。
