摘要:
乙醇在医学中的应用已有超过一百年的历史。在现代医学中,乙醇广泛用于消毒、解毒、神经阻滞、栓塞或硬化治疗,而在脉管畸形中的应用已有超过四十年的历史。在众多栓塞剂中,无水乙醇具有最强的治疗效果。但是,无水乙醇的适应证较窄,限制了临床应用与普及,且因其透射性,无法在X射线下可视,增加了血管内治疗的风险; 同时,乙醇本身作为一种化学溶剂,对比剂及靶向药物等可溶解其中,进而为制备具有显影性的“可视化乙醇注射液”以及“载药乙醇注射液”提供了可行性。此外,利用二氧化锰释放氧的能力,与乙醇制备成“富氧乙醇注射液”,在高流速脉管畸形的治疗中具有良好的前景。该文从无水乙醇作为栓塞剂的介入治疗出发,以其临床应用为根本,梳理了国内外相关研究,阐述其转化医学研究思路,以期为未来的药物研发和转化研究提供方向。
