摘要:
目的 探讨经食道心脏超声对卵圆孔封堵术的指导作用,比较手术时间、成功率和并发症区别。方法 于大连大学附属中山医院2022年1月1日至2025年1月1日行右心声学造影检查结果阳性、有手术指征、拟行卵圆孔封堵术患者,按是否行经食道超声检查分为试验组与对照组。记录两组患者行卵圆孔封堵术的手术时间、成功率,观察术后并发症。结果 试验组与对照组行卵圆孔封堵术的手术时间分别为(0.76±0.26)h与(0.67±0.33)h,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术的成功率分别为94.9%与93.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在心包积液、心律失常、冠脉气栓等并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 已行右心系统造影检查,4个心动周期内可见右向左分流中等量以上者,可先不做经食道心脏超声检查,行封堵术治疗。
