摘要:
肝癌的介入治疗通常被认为是一种姑息性治疗,然而临床实践表明介入治疗可以达到根治目的。长期以来,肝癌介入治疗的根治性未能得到客观和公正的评价,且其理念的更新和基础研究滞后于临床实践,这种状况不利于介入治疗水平的提高,也不利于介入放射学学科的发展。提出根治性介入治疗的概念有助于其与其他学科共同发展,因此充分认识和探讨肝癌根治性介入治疗的可行性和重要性,重视开展肝癌的根治性介入治疗是十分必要的。
