摘要:
目的 探讨远端桡动脉入路(distal radial access,DRA)颈动脉支架植入术(carotid artery stenting,CAS)的安全性和有效性。方法 根据纳入和排除标准,连续纳入2023年7月至2024年6月在赣州市立医院接受治疗的颈动脉狭窄患者。由1名神经介入经验丰富的神经介入医师实施DRA行CAS。收集患者基线资料、手术相关资料及并发症数据。结果 最终纳入14例患者,年龄(65.4±7.8)岁。13例患者成功实施右侧DRA行CAS,仅1例改为交叉至右股动脉入路后成功植入支架。术后2例患者出现DRA相关轻微血肿,未予处理,随后自行消散; 1例术中出现一过性脑缺血缺氧发作,后完全恢复正常。未发生DRA相关术后麻木、疼痛、严重血肿、48 h内桡动脉闭塞,未发生脑卒中、死亡。结论 DRA行CAS安全有效,是CAS可选入路。
