摘要:
目的 探讨普罗布考联合替罗非班治疗冠心病介入术后的心绞痛对血清脂质过氧化物水平和血管内皮功能的影响。方法 选取内蒙古自治区人民医院2018年1月至2022年12月介入术后心绞痛患者120例。随机数字表法分为观察组60例,对照组60例。对照组予以替罗非班,观察组加用普罗布考。观察治疗前、治疗7 d后各项指标。主要指标为治疗总有效率,次要指标为心绞痛发作频率及时间、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分、心功能、心肌损伤标志物、血清脂质过氧化物水平、血管内皮功能及不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率为91.67%(55/60),高于对照组的78.33%(47/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组心绞痛改善情况、SAQ评分、LVEF、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)高于对照组,而LVESD、LVEDD、血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素-1(ET-1)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 普罗布考联合替罗非班治疗介入术后心绞痛的疗效确切,能促进心功能恢复,减轻心肌损伤,调节血清脂质过氧化物水平,改善血管内皮功能。
