摘要:
淋巴管畸形(lymphatic malformations,LMs)是一种常见的先天性脉管畸形,好发于儿童。LMs除了有毁容及致残风险外,还会对邻近器官造成影响,严重时可危及生命。近年来,随着临床对该疾病认识不断深入,各级医疗机构积累了大量诊疗经验。为规范临床诊疗行为,提高LMs综合诊治水平,中国妇幼保健协会儿童血管瘤与脉管畸形专业委员会、中国医师协会介入医师分会妇儿介入专家工作组、中国血管瘤血管畸形协作网专家委员会特组织国内专家撰写该共识。通过多次深入探讨,查阅相关文献证据,并充分结合临床实践经验,已就LMs发病机制、病理生理、分类和分型、诊断和治疗等达成共识性意见,以供临床参考应用。
