【摘要】元宇宙作为一个依托于虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)、混合现实(MR)、人工智能(AI)和5G等先进技术的虚拟共享空间,为包括医学在内的各行各业带来了革命性的改变。扩展现实(XR)和AI技术正逐渐成为科技发展的主流方向之一,其中基于影像资料的介入放射学在元宇宙医学领域展现出巨大的发展潜力。XR技术不仅在提高介入诊断效率和准确性方面具有显著作用,而且对医生临床技能训练、医患沟通、患者教育、术后康复方面以及整体医疗发展具有多维度影响。当前元宇宙医学建设仍处于初级阶段,介入医学从业者可借助XR和AI技术精进临床技能、提升医患沟通能力,从而改善医疗环境并推动学科进步,促进包括介入诊疗在内的元宇宙医学的全面发展。
