【摘要】目的调查已实施疾病诊断相关分组（diagnosis related groups，DRG）支付方式的三级综合医院介入导管室护士的医疗成本意识现状，并探讨其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、医护人员医疗成本意识量表、中文版安全态度量表，对选取的中国心血管健康联盟成员单位39家三级综合医院（分布于13个省市）的251名介入导管室护士进行调查。结果介入导管室护士医疗成本意识总分为（49.11±6.80）分。介入导管室护士医疗成本意识与患者安全态度呈正相关（P＜0.01）。多元线性回归分析显示，团队协作、工作满意、压力感知、医疗耗材管理模式及成本效益培训是成本意识的主要影响因素。结论介入导管室护士总体医疗成本意识较好，但实际参与度不足。医院和护理管理者可采取针对性措施来提升DRG背景下导管室成本管理效率。
