【摘要】目的探讨在超声引导下经皮血管腔内缝合治疗多级瘤腔股动脉假性动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月曲靖市第一人民医院诊断为股动脉假性动脉瘤且瘤腔数目≥2个的患者5例,采用超声引导下经皮血管腔内缝合治疗,观察临床疗效、随访期间并发症情况。 结果5例患者均手术成功。术后1个月股动脉假性动脉瘤均无复发、破裂、感染,无股动脉狭窄以及下肢动静脉血栓形成。结论超声引导经皮血管腔内缝合治疗复杂性多级瘤腔股动脉假性动脉瘤安全有效。
