摘要:
【摘要】食管支架植入是临床应用最广泛的缓解恶性食管梗阻的治疗方法。在多项生物技术进步的推动下,食管支架的应用在过去几年中经历了巨大的变化,因此深入了解各类食管支架的机械性能和材料特性是至关重要的。越来越多的临床证据表明,食管支架拥有卓越的原位药物靶向递送能力,特别是125I放射性食管支架,让医师能够选择更加适合患者情况的个体化诊疗方案,显著提升了治疗的精准性。该文系统性地阐述了不同食管支架各自的优势、面临的最大问题以及癌症治疗方面的最新进展,涵盖实验和临床研究,旨在详细介绍各类食管支架设计思路及作用原理,讨论覆膜、载药等支架表面改性技术的发展前景,并对其缓解食管恶性梗阻的有效性和安全性做出判别。
