【摘要】目的探讨放射性I125粒子植入治疗患者的心理一致感在患者自我感受负担与生活质量之间的中介作用。方法采取便利抽样法，选取2021年9月至2022年4月在浙江省肿瘤医院行放射性I125粒子植入治疗的154例患者为研究对象行问卷调查，利用SPSS 23.0和AMOS 24.0行数据分析。结果心理一致感与自我感受负担呈负相关（r=-0.353，P＜0.01），与生活质量呈正相关（r=0.457，P＜0.01）；自我感受负担与生活质量呈负相关（r=-0.604，P＜0.01）。结构方程检验证明心理一致感在自我感受负担和生活质量具有部分中介效应，占总效应的20.7%。结论心理一致感不仅可以直接影响患者的生活质量，也可以作为自我感受负担的中介变量间接影响患者生活质量。
