【摘要】随着相关材料技术的进步,球囊封堵经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)技术逐渐应用于临床,成为近年来临床关注的热点。初步结果显示,球囊封堵TACE技术可以提高部分肝癌患者的肿瘤局部控制率,降低病灶复发率,可以应用于常规TACE后复发患者、外科术前桥接治疗,还可以与选择性内照射治疗(selective internal radiation therapy,SIRT)、消融联合应用。但该技术的最佳适用人群、是否增加肝功能损伤、有无特殊并发症等都是临床应用中需要关注的问题,其临床应用的技术条件、预后因素以及如何与其他介入技术联合都值得进一步探讨。
