摘要:
【摘要】盆腔源性静脉疾病（pelvic venous disorder，PeVD）导致的慢性盆腔疼痛是女性常见病症，临床对此类疾病认知尚不全面，易被误诊从而影响治疗。随着介入放射学的发展，静脉造影和硬化栓塞逐渐成为该病诊断治疗的标准方式。本共识聚焦适应证的选择、技术方法选择、术中操作及相应并发症的处理等，汇聚国内放射介入科、血管外科、影像科等多学科专家观点、临床处理方法，系统阐述PeVD的分类、诊断及硬化栓塞治疗的相关经验，旨在提高业内人士对PeVD的认知及临床治疗规范化。
