【摘要】目的探讨在校医学影像技术专业学生对介入放射学认知情况和就业意愿。方法于2023年6月7日至7月31日面向四川大学、川北医学院、哈尔滨医科大学、河北医科大学、长治医学院、四川卫生康复职业学院在读医学影像技术专业学生,采用自愿和匿名原则进行网上问卷调查。调查数据采用SPSS 24.0统计软件进行描述性分析及卡方检验分析。结果共收到有效问卷126份。87名(69.05%)、94名(74.61%)及81名(64.28%)学生表示对介入放射学在心血管疾病、神经系统疾病或肿瘤诊疗中的地位及现状完全不了解或仅了解一点。介入放射学课程均为参与调查学校医学影像技术专业的必修课程,其中112名学生(91.8%)表示学校课程是获取介入放射学知识的主要途径,而互联网平台、电视科普及学术会议是其他主要知识获取途径。4名(3.17%)、17名(13.49%)、57名(45.24%)、39名(30.95%)及9名(7.14%)参与调查的学生表示完全没有意愿、比较没有意愿、中立、比较有意愿或非常有意愿从事介入放射工作。不同性别及不同就读学历的学生从事介入放射学工作意愿程度无显著差异,而放射辐射、工作压力大、工作时间长是主要影响因素。结论目前我国医学院校医学影像技术专业学生对于介入放射学认知程度及就业意愿仍不高,如何进一步提高医学影像技术专业学生对于介入放射学的认知水平及就业意愿值得重视。
