【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉造影术中患者体型和图像采集模式对射线剂量和图像质量的影响。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年6月于宁波市医疗中心李惠利医院接受择期经皮冠状动脉造影术患者40例,随机分为常规组(男11例,女9例,冠状动脉模式采集图像)和低剂量组(男14例,女6例,电生理模式采集图像)。收集患者基本信息、体型数据和各项射线剂量数据,制定图像质量评分表量化评估图像质量。两组间比较采用t检验、Mann-Whitney U检验,相关性分析采用Pearson相关分析。结果 患者胸围越大射线剂量越高,呈正线性相关。低剂量组各项射线剂量数据显著低于常规组(均P<0.01),降低比率为48.51%~60.74%。两组图像质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.01),图像质量均在良好及以上,符合介入手术要求。结论 经皮冠状动脉造影术中射线剂量受患者体型、图像采集模式、曝光时间等多因素综合影响。优化图像采集模式可显著减少射线剂量,同时保证图像质量,保护患者和术者健康。
