摘要:
【摘要】 颈内动脉闭塞(ICAO)在临床上并不少见。大多数研究表明,ICAO开通可降低脑卒中发生率,改善认知等。但由于其手术难度大、成功率低、并发症多,严重影响患者预后,是目前脑血管介入治疗领域的重点和难点。本文就ICAO非急性期概念、术前影像学评估、治疗现状及围手术期常见并发症等作一简要综述。
