【摘要】 目的 观察血管塞与弹簧圈联合介入栓塞术在精索静脉曲张治疗中的效果。方法 对2022年3月至2022年10月本院收治的15例重度精索静脉曲张患者，经左肘部静脉途径或股静脉途径行血管塞与弹簧圈联合介入栓塞，对即时手术成功率、并发症、手术时间、平均住院时间、术后疗效等进行观察研究。结果 所有15例患者均成功完成血管塞与弹簧圈联合介入栓塞术，围手术期无并发症，手术时间（19±12） min，平均住院时间2.3d，15例患者术后随访1个月，阴囊曲张静脉明显缩小、会阴部坠胀感明显改善。结论 血管塞与弹簧圈联合介入栓塞术治疗精索静脉曲张效果确切、操作简便、患者舒适、恢复快、并发症少，是一项值得进一步研究观察的治疗方法。
