摘要:
【摘要】 血管内金属植入物（MEI）已广泛应用于临床。含镍MEI引起的过敏反应罕见，多为个案报道。Ⅳ型超敏反应在含镍MEI相关过敏反应中起关键作用。预防措施尤为重要，应根据患者是否有金属过敏史和皮肤斑贴试验结果，制定具体预防措施。治疗方法包括药物对症治疗和取出MEI治疗（移除过敏源）。临床医师应掌握含镍MEI过敏反应相关知识，尽量避免MEI过敏反应发生。一旦发生，应给予适当诊断和治疗，避免严重并发症发生。
