【摘要】 经导管左心耳封堵术已成为心房颤动患者脑卒中预防的一项重要手段。目前,已有多种形态结构的左心耳封堵装置应用于临床。然而左心耳结构复杂多样,单一封堵器类型无法满足临床需求,因此左心耳封堵器一直在不断改进和创新。LACbes左心耳封堵系统是国内最近应用于临床实践的新型封堵器,具有独特的结构设计,其植入技术也与以往上市的同类器械不同。该文介绍LACbes左心耳封堵系统的结构特征,详细说明具体操作步骤和围术期注意事项,评价其在中国早期临床应用的初步效果。
