【摘要】 目的 探讨纤维支气管镜导引下圈套器电灼犬气管建立气管狭窄模型的可行性、安全性和有效性。 方法 支气管镜导引下用电圈套器灼伤10只健康比格犬气管中段。术后观察犬气促、喘息等情况，每周行支气管镜、CT检查，计算狭窄程度。术后2、4周各处死1只犬，取气管组织行苏木精-伊红（HE）和Masson染色，观察组织炎症和纤维化程度。 结果 所有犬气管电灼伤术均获成功。术后14 d、19 d，所有犬均出现喘息和肋间隙凹陷。术后7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d气管狭窄程度中位数分别为26%、72%、86%、90%。组织病理学观察显示，术后14 d气管黏膜见重度炎症浸润，伴少量纤维组织生长；术后25 d炎症浸润以淋巴细胞为主，见多量纤维化。 结论 支气管镜导引下圈套器电灼法建立犬气管狭窄模型，具有操作简便、快速，安全，可重复性强，临床相似度高等优点。
