【摘要】 目的 总结MR引导下肺结节患者微波消融的围术期手术护理期要点。方法 采用围手术期MR介入手术室内环境管理,图像质量管理、术后并发症监测,医护技一体化临床护理模式,降低手术并发症。结果 36例患者均顺利完成MR引导下MWA治疗,术后MR评价病灶完全消融,气胸5例,针道渗血6例,发热4例,疼痛3例,咯血2例。经对症处理后均得到缓解,所有患者无严重并发症发生。结论 围手术期MR介入手术医护技一体化临床护理模式有助于确保该手术的疗效。
