【摘要】 肺癌是我国发病率和致死率第一位的恶性肿瘤，手术切除根治率低。进展期肺癌术后也容易复发和转移。占肺癌85%以上的非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）对静脉化疗和放疗不敏感，且不良反应使患者拒绝接受或难以耐受。介入治疗已成为无法外科手术切除的NSCLC行之有效的治疗手段，具有微创、疗效满意、不良反应小、术后恢复快、节省治疗费用等优点。该文对肺癌的介入治疗方法及现状作一文献综述。
