【摘要】 在回顾我国剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)诊疗现状基础上,对CSP诊断、分型、鉴别诊断以及CSP介入治疗适应证、禁忌证、不同妊娠阶段介入辅助治疗策略、不良反应和并发症等作了全面阐述;同时结合江苏省CSP介入治疗开展情况,制定了早期CSP介入诊疗流程。本共识客观分析了CSP介入治疗优势,重点强调了CSP介入治疗时生育力保护问题。
