摘要:
多学科协作组(MDT)是近年来兴起的医学新模式,在我国肝癌诊疗领域的优势日益突出。其内容和形式与以病例为基础的学习(CBL)高度契合。组织本科见习生参与肝癌MDT,寓教学于诊疗,有利于激发见习生学习主动性,培养批判性思维。2016年起,作者面向本科见习生,在肝癌MDT门诊开展了现场CBL教学,取得了良好效果。文章总结报道了心得体会与经验。
