摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨球囊扩张结合支架取栓治疗颅内静脉窦血栓形成（CVST）伴脑实质出血的安全性和有效性。方法 2015年1月至2016年12月采用静脉窦内球囊扩张结合Solitaire支架取栓术治疗9例CVST伴脑实质出血患者，术后予皮下注射低分子量肝素180 U（2次/d）3～7 d，口服华法林6～12个月。分析总结治疗结果。结果 9例患者闭塞静脉窦均获再通。其中1例术前昏迷患者意识障碍未缓解，自行出院；8例临床症状均改善，未出现球囊扩张和支架取栓治疗相关并发症，平均随访8个月均无血栓复发。结论 球囊扩张结合支架取栓是治疗CVST患者安全、有效的方法。
