【摘要】 目的 探讨臭氧治疗多节段椎间盘突出下肢肌电图的术前定位作用及对疗效的预判。方法自2012年1月至2013年12月临床资料完整的经MR明确诊断为多节段腰椎间盘突出的患者51例,采用DSA引导下臭氧椎间盘内注射联合脊神经周围臭氧注射和脊神经周围复方倍他米松及布比卡因注射治疗腰椎问盘突出症患者,采用M- JOA下腰痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)标准评价治疗效果。结果 51病例术前肌电图提示神经根性损伤43例,阳性率84.3%;HIZ征阳性30例,阳性率58.8%;Modic征阳性 24例,阳性率47.1%。术后1、3和6个月的M- JOA评分、ODI指数随访显示,术后1、3和6个月有效率分别为 90.1%、86.2%、78.5%和87.3%、79.5%、74.6%。结论 下肢肌电图在臭氧治疗多节段椎间盘突出的术前定位准确,能精确预判臭氧治疗的疗效,值得临床推广。
