【摘要】 亚急性及慢性脑动脉闭塞是缺血性脑卒中并不常见、但很重要的原因。主要机制是局部血流动力学障碍,理论上改善血流动力学障碍可降低脑卒中发生率,改善预后。目前亚急性及慢性脑动脉闭塞最佳治疗方案尚存争议,介入技术迅速发展使血管内治疗取得了长足进步,但同时也存在一些不足。该文就亚急性及慢性脑动脉闭塞的定义、危害、治疗现状、影像学评估、技术要点、相关并发症等作一综述。
