摘要:
【摘要】 目前以TACE为基础的联合介入治疗方法，均可在不同程度控制原发性肝细胞癌（PHC）进展的同时达到缓解门静脉高压、解除门静脉阻塞、控制顽固性腹水、降低上消化道出血概率的目的，从而提高患者生活质量，延长生存期。该文就近年国内外TACE联合其它介入方法治疗PHC伴门静脉癌栓研究进展作一综述，以期为临床诊疗提供帮助。
