【摘要】 原发性肝细胞癌经介入治疗如何准确判定介入术后肿瘤坏死的程度及是否有肿瘤残留和复发,是广大学者关注的热点问题。MR具有无X线辐射性、较高的软组织分辨率、任意多角度和多参数成像的特点,尤其是近年来随着MR功能成像(fMRI)的不断成熟和应用于临床,使之能够更加灵敏地显示肝癌介入术后的组织成分变化,提供更多的量化评估参数。本文将重点概述fMRI在肝癌介入术后随访的进展。
