摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨CT引导下颅脑占位穿刺活检术对神经系统疾病的诊断意义及安全性。方法2013年4月至2014年6月行CT引导下行颅脑占位穿刺活检术共23例。所有患者均具有神经系统临床症状或体征，影像学检查提示颅内占位。CT引导下颅脑占位穿刺活检术行病理学或细菌学检查，对其结果进行分析。结果 本组患者中明确病理诊断19例，活检阳性诊断率82.6％（19/23）。其中14例（60.9％）获得肿瘤学病理诊断，主要包括脑胶质瘤、非霍奇金淋巴瘤、胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤、脉络丛乳头状肿瘤、表皮样囊肿等；5例（21.7％）为非肿瘤性病变，包括脓肿、脑胶质细胞增生症、脑毛细血管扩张症等。活检穿刺术后少量血肿者1例（4.3%），本组病例穿刺活检术后无颅内感染、癫痫等并发症。结论 CT引导下脑穿刺活检术创伤小，并发症少，可以为颅脑病变提供明确病理学诊断，是一种具有较广阔应用前景的技术。
